Data deletion instructions
שלוש דרכים למחוק
- מתוך Loop: הגדרות ← פרטיות ← "מחיקת החשבון וכל המידע". הכל נמחק תוך 30 יום.
- מתוך אינסטגרם או פייסבוק: הגדרות ← "אתרים ואפליקציות" (Apps and Websites) ← Loop ← הסרה. מטא מודיעה לנו, ואנחנו מוחקים את כל המידע שהגיע מהחשבון הזה.
- במייל: כותבים ל-privacy@loop-app.co.il מהמייל של החשבון.
מה נמחק
הטוקנים, הפוסטים, הקבצים, הלופים, התגובות וההודעות, ורשימת האנשים. נשאר רק מה שהחוק מחייב לשמור (למשל קבלות על תשלומים).

To delete your data: in Loop go to Settings → Privacy → "Delete account and all data", or remove Loop from Instagram/Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or email privacy@loop-app.co.il. All data obtained through the connected account is deleted within 30 days. If you arrived here from Meta with a confirmation code, the status of your request is shown above.
